We apologize for any inconvenience. We are in legal proceedings regarding Slim Chickens and their decision to no longer honor the EASI Spring 2011 discount card as well as their decision to say it was unauthorized. We do indeed have a contract signed and authorized by them (please see below). We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In our several years of operation, we have never encountered this issue and, together with our attorney, we are taking greater measures to ensure that it will not happen again.
Thank you for purchasing one of our fundraising cards and supporting EASI and their teams. We hope this experience does not discourage you from continuing to support your local area teams and organizations through the purchase of our cards. Hopefully, you have enjoyed using all the discounts offered on the card and were able to take advantage of the Slim Chickens offer during the time they actually did honor it. We hope you have found that the savings granted with the discounts offered on the card more than paid for the card itself.
We will be the official fundraiser of EASI for the third time this Spring. With our continued success we have been able to get more really great offers on this card. It is our hope that you not let the indiscretions of one vendor keep you from supporting the great teams and organizations that are using us as their fundraiser. And again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Slim Chickens’ decision may have caused you.
